摘　　要：目的对196例肾移植手术配合经验进行评价,并对术前、术中、术后护理措施进行总结。方法重视术前访视及各项准备工作;术中熟悉操作步骤,及时准确地配合医生的工作;密切观察生命体征、尿量等情况。结果本组肾移植手术成功率达90%以上。结论肾移植手术已成为一种替代维持性的治疗措施。Objective To appraise the experience of cooperation with 196 cases of kidney transplant operations and draw a conclusion from the nursing measures perioperatively and during operation. Methods To think highly of visitation and preparations befor operation, be familiar with operation steps during operation ,observe closely life sign and urine amount etc after operation. Results The successful rate of this kidney transplant operations is over 90%. Conclusion Kidney transplant operation is the first measrure and has taken place of keeping treatment means.
