摘　　要：采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对目前我国职业体育俱乐部的融资现状和制约因素进行了调查和分析,认为目前我国职业体育俱乐部的融资现状主要表现为融资需求大、融资方式单一、融资渠道狭窄和融资结构不合理等问题,制约其融资的因素有宏观和微观两个层面,并针对现存问题,提出若干具有针对性的发展对策。By using the method of documentary and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the fi nancial situation and restricted factors of China professional sports club. The writer considers that the financial situation has characteristics of highly dema nd, simply mode, strictly ways and unsuitable structure, the restricted factors have macro and micro aspects. Finally, the writer puts forwards some countermeas ures according to the existing problems.
