摘  要:目的研究甲醛对大鼠睾丸生殖细胞的一般毒性及致突变作用。方法采用不同浓度的甲醛(0mg/m3,4.8mg/m3,25mg/m3,118mg/m3)经呼吸道染毒Wistar大鼠,8w后颈椎脱臼法处死。观察甲醛对骨髓嗜多染红细胞的致微核作用及对大鼠精子形态的影响。结果各剂量组致微核作用和精子畸形率均随浓度的增大而升高,呈现剂量-反应关系。结论甲醛对大鼠有生殖毒性并具有一定的致突变作用。Objective To explore the effect of formaldehyde on the sperm toxicity and micronucleated cell. Methods The epididymides and the bone marrow were collected when rats were inhaled formaldehyde for 8 weeks (0 mg/m 3, 4.8mg/m 3, 25mg/m 3, 118mg/m 3). The effect on polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) and the morphology of sperm were investigated. Results There were relationships between the sperm deformation, the rates of micronucleated cell(MNC) and the dosage(0-120mg/m 3). Conclusions This experiment showed that formaldehyde might have reproductive toxicity and mutagenesis in rats.
