摘　　要：目的报告从2例前列腺炎患者的尿道分泌物中分离出并鉴定为马拉色菌。方法常规方法取患者前列腺液,并通过生物学特性和分子生物学的研究进行菌种鉴定。结果从患者的EPS中分离并鉴定出马拉色菌。临床上氟康唑治疗本病效果显著。结论马拉色菌为引起前列腺炎的可疑真菌。Objective To report isolation and identification of Malassezia from urethra secretion of two patients with prostatitis. Methods Succus prostaticus of patients was taken with routine method and baterial identification was made by study on its biological characteristic and molecular biology. Results Malassezia spp. was isolated and idenified from urethra secretion of patients. Fluconazole application in treatment was effective.Conclusions Malassezia spp. is suspicious fungus causing prostatitis.
