摘  要:作者采用差示热分析(DTA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定双炔失碳酯含α体的纯度。从热解曲线中看出,凡峰形尖锐、坡度小,则熔点高,含α体的含量高。同时根据熔距亦能判断α体的纯度。当熔点高、熔距短则α体的纯度高。随着本品近10余年来合成工艺的改进,目前双炔失碳酯中含α体的纯度有较大提高,因而制剂的剂量可作适量的调整。Anorethindrane dipropionate,a chemical compound of anorsteroid,is an oral contra-ceptive for women. It also has antineoplastic effects. We used differential thermal analysis(DTA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)to determine purity of anorethindrane dipropionatecontaining a isomer. Ifthe peak is sharp and slope small,melting point and the contents of contain-ing a isomers are high;conversely,they are low. We determened the process of melting point ofanorethindrane dipropionate. The purity of a isomer can be judged by melting range. When melt-ing point is high and melting range is short,the compound contains high purity of a isomer.Ac-cording to the improvement of synthetic technique of anorethindrane dipropionate in last decade,the purity of anorethindrane dipropionate containing a isomer has raised largely. Therfore,thedosage of preparation can be adjusted adequately.
