摘　　要：１－烯丙基－３－甲基三硫化物为百合科植物葱、蒜、薤白挥发油中的生物活性成分之一，具有较强的抑制血小聚集作用等。采用碘甲烷、氯丙烯为主要原料，以化学方法合成了这一化合物。所得化合物，经结构鉴定，得到确认。其方法简单，原料易得，反应步骤少，实用性强。Methyl-3-allyl trisulfide,one of the biologically active components in Alliumplant such as A. cepa L., A. sativum L. and A. nerinifolium Bak,was chemically synhesized forfurther study as a new drug. In this paper we discribed the synthetic procedure. Commerciallyavailable reagents iodomethane and allyl chloride were used as starting materials by this method.The structure of the title compound was confirmed by IR, NMR and GC-MS.
