摘　　要：针对计算机视觉领域中常见的椭圆拟合问题,本文讨论Theil Sen、Repeated Median方法,并结合两种方法提出一种计算量小、易于实现的随机化拟合方法。这种方法在细胞拟合的实际应用中取得了很好的效果。Ellipse fitting is a common problem in the computer vision field. We discuss the Theil Sen estimator and the Repeated Median(RM) estimator, and combine the two methods to form a randomized algorithm. The randomized algorithm is robust enough and easy to implement. We use this efficient algorithm in cell images and obtain good results.
