摘　　要：精确导弹打心理战是近期几场高科技局部战争中发展起来的全新的心理战手段,对其在联合作战中的运用进行了研究,分析了运用导弹武器打心理战时在目标选择上应考虑的几个因素.把对军心士气产生重大影响的目标划分为四类,并探讨了各类目标的打击时机.In the near future, exerting precision missiles on psywar is brand new means developing in a few high-tech local wars. The application of precision missiles in joint operations is studied, and some factors in the target selection which must be taken into account in time of exerting missile weapons on psywar are analyzed. The targets affecting military feeling and morale are divided into four kinds and beat occasions of various targets are discussed.
