摘　　要：柳州市位于柳江中下游河段,是国家重点防洪城市,经过几年的努力,建立了工程防洪体系和非工程防洪体系,目前正在抓紧建设现代化的城市防洪体系建设。<Abstrcat> Located by the middle and lower reaches of Liujiang river, Liuzhou city is one of the state_level important flood control cities. An engineering flood control system and a non_engineering flood control system has been established after several years of construction. A modern city flood control system is under accelerating construction.
