摘  要:用均相沉淀法制备了Ni/硅藻土催化剂,用于催化1,2-环己二醇脱氢制备邻苯二酚,并用浸渍法添加Na+作为助剂,在微分反应器里考察了活性组分Ni含量、助催化剂Na含量、还原时间、反应温度、催化剂负荷等因素对反应的影响,确定了反应产物的气相色谱分析条件。当催化剂中w(Ni)=20%、w(Na)=4%、反应温度320℃、液时空速为9h-1时,1,2-环己二醇转化率>95%,邻苯二酚收率>85%。Catechol was synthesized by dehydrogenation of 1,2-cyclohexanediol in the presence of Ni/kieselguhr catalyst which was prepared by the method of homogeneous precipitation and sodium ion was added as assistant catalyst by the method of impregenation with Na_2SO_4 solution.Several influencing factors such as the addition amounts of Ni and Na,time of reduction,temperature of reaction and the LHSV were analyzed and compared.Gas chromatographic(GC) method was set up for catechol analysis.When in the catalyst w(Ni)=20% and w(Na)=4%,temprature of reactions was 320 ℃,time of reductions was 3~4 h and LHSV was 9 h^-1,conversion of 1,2-cyclohexanediol was more than 95% and the yield of catechol was over 85%.
