添加甲萘醌促进嗜热子囊菌合成过氧化氢酶

摘　　要：研究了添加甲萘醌对嗜热子囊菌(Thermoascusaurantiacus)IFO9862合成过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响.结果表明,添加甲萘醌有助于促进CAT的合成.在发酵的24或48h分别添加1μmol/L的甲萘醌,发酵终了CAT酶活比对照分别提高了11.0%和23.1%;而在发酵的36和48h各添加1μmol/L的甲萘醌,CAT酶活可提高32.5%.在发酵0h添加88mmol/L的H2O2,同时在48h添加1μmol/L的甲萘醌,CAT酶活达到1725U/mL,比对照(1074U/mL)提高了60.6%.The effect of menadione on the accumulation of CAT by Thermoascus aurantiacus was investigated. The experimental results indicate that addition of menadione helps to the accumulation of CAT. When 1 μmol/L menadione was added to fermentation liquor at 24 or 48 h, CAT activity in culture broth increased 11.0% and 23.1%, compared with that of control. CAT activity increased 32.5% when menadione was added at 36 and 48 h. CAT activity reached 1725 U/mL when 88 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide was added at 0 h and 1 μmol/L menadione was added at 48 h, which was 60.6% higher than that of control (1074 U/mL).
