摘　　要：本文介绍一种利用胸阻抗变化进行呼吸监测的系统，它不仅可以描记肺的呼吸波形，还可显示潮气量及每分钟呼吸次数。临床应用表明，该系统对危重病人的监护有实际应用价值。An impedance pneumograph used to monitor respiratory function has been developed. It can not only carry out impedance plethysmography, but can also show through calibration the tidal volume and respiratory rate in either static or dynamic state.The results of clinical experiments show that the system is reliable and practical.
