摘　　要：论述以氯氧镁水泥为原料,采用松香类发泡剂发泡制作氯氧镁水泥复合保温材料,并对该氯氧镁水泥复合保温材料的成型工艺进行了较深入的探讨。氯氧镁水泥复合保温材料生产工艺简单,综合成本低,制品具有质量轻、强度高、保温性能好、不燃烧等优良性能。生产中无废渣、废水、废气排出,有利于环境保护,为新型绿色建材产品。Sorel cement composite thermal insulation material is made by taking Sorel cement as raw material and using rosin kind foaming agent.A profound discussion has been had on its forming process.It has a simple process,low comprehensive cost,and its product has good property of light in weight,high strength,good thermal insulation and non-combustion.It is a product of new green building material in favor of environmental protection owing to free of waste residue, waste water, and exhaust gas in the course of production.
