摘 要:玉米自交系新自224-1是新疆农科院粮作所以引自前南斯拉夫的自交系间杂交种CM109×ZPL2-1-8(为选系改良目的而组配的杂交种)为基础材料,按系谱法从F2分离群体中,经连续自交7代,育成的早熟玉米优良自交系。通过育种实践,该自交系表现抗性强、耐旱、配合力高。由于该自交系遗传基础好,用它组配的杂交种在生产中表现出较高的丰产性和很强的适应性,利用该系为父本杂交选育出早熟玉米品种新玉13号,于2003年通过新疆维吾尔自治区品种审定委员会审定。Early maturity maize inbred line Xinzi 224-1 is developed from the component(CM109×ZPL2-1-8) of inbred lines by Institute of Grain Crops of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The basic germplasm is introduced from Yugoslavia. Xinzi 224-1 was selected after 7 generations selfing through pedigree system from F_2 population. It performed its resisting power to diseases,drought and lodging. The hybrids composed with this line showed high yeilding and wide adoption because of its good genetic base. The hybrid Xinyu13 was developed using Xinzi 224-1 as male parent and already approved by Xinjiang Veriaty Examination Committee in 2003.
