摘  要:2002—2003年在田间研究了转双价基因(Cry1Ac+CpTI)棉田昆虫群落的多样性,并分析了昆虫群落多样性的时间格局.结果表明,4种类型棉田昆虫群落的多样性指数以双价棉田和Bt棉田最高,其次为常规棉田,常规施药田最低;害虫亚群落多样性指数以双价棉和Bt棉田最高,其次为常规用药田,常规棉田最低;天敌亚群落多样性指数以双价棉田最高,其次为常规棉田和常规用药田,Bt棉田最低.4种类型棉田昆虫群落的多样性时间格局总体变化趋势为5月升高,6月下降,7~9月又有所回升.The diversity of insect community of transgenic Cry1Ac plus CpTI cotton were studied in the plots in 2002-2003 and its time pattern was analysed.The results showed that in the 4 types of cotton field the diversity index of insect community of transgenic Cry1Ac plus CpTI cotton and transgenic Bt cotton was the higherst and next came that of the traditional cotton,and that of the control traditional cotton was the lowest. The diversity index of pest sub-community of transgenic Cry1AC plus CpTI and transgenic Bt cotton was the highest,next came that of the control traditional cotton,and that of the traditional cotton was the lowest.The diversity index of natural enemy sub-community of transgenic Cry1Ac plus CpTI cotton was the highest and next came that of the traditional cotton and control traditional cotton, but the diversity index of Bt cotton was the lowest. And the tendency of the time pattern of the diversity in the 4 types of cotton field is as follows:from July to September ising again.
