摘  要:本文运用光生物学、基础医学及物理学的基本理论,开展了对人体骨组织激光传播特性的研究,首次定量测定了人体骨的激光传播参量。用标准积分球测量不同类型骨片样品在不同波长(476.5nm、488.0nm、496.5nm、514.5nm、632.8nm)激光照射下的透射比(T)和反射比(R),推算吸收比(A);用FGY─1型分光仪改装了一光射测量装置,并用其测量了不同波长(488.0nm、514.5nm、632.8nm)激光照射下,0°~130°散射角范围内的散射相函数S(θ),计算散射余弦平均值μ。获得结果:人体骨组织受小功率(P<25mw)激光照射时,光强衰减符合指数衰减规律,人体骨组织对激光有很强的前向散射。The present paper reports an investigation on the charactics of laser lighttransporting in human skeleton tissue with the aid of the primary theories ofphotobiology, elementary medical science and physics. Diffuse reflectance (R)and transmittance (T)of different types of human skeleton samples were mea-sured by a standard integrating spheres system, using lasers in five wavelengths(476. 5nm , 488. 0nm, 496. 5nm, 514. 5nm, 632. 8nm )and the absorbance (A) wasdeduced. The scattering phase function S(θ) were obtained by the experimentalarrangement repacked from a FGY-1 spectroscope at angles from 0° o 130°fordifferent types of human skeleton samples in three wavelengths (488.0nm , 514.5nm, 632. 8nm )and the mean cosines of scatter() was calculated.The results showed that the attenuation of the transmitted light intensitywith sample thickness satisfied with exponential attenuation by low power(P<25mW) laser radiation for human skeleton and scattering of light in humanskeleton tissue is highly forward peaked.
