摘 要:我们将昆明种雌性小白鼠81只,分为四个组,各组均喂统一饲料。第一组16只,每日施以两小时噪声;第二组也是16只加喂中药补阳还五汤精膏;第三组16只加喂维生素E(90mg/d.kg);第四组33只作为对照组。用体视学方法测出各组小鼠大脑额叶神经元的细胞核体密度和胞体细胞质体密度。利用线性回归法对各组进行分析,发现噪声影响了小鼠额叶神经元的核质比。本文简要地讨论了它们的意义。In the experiment,Kunming femil mice were used and were divided intofour experimental groups. The first group containing 16 mice fed on the normalforage. The second group containing 16 mice fed on the normal forage with anadditive of chinese tonic. The third group containing 16 mice fed on the normal forage with an additive of VF (90mg/d. kg). Thefourth group containing 33 mice only fed on normal forage and was kept for con-trol. During the process of experimen, the first group only was regularly exert-ed with noise every day. The animals were regularly fed all their life and killedat every period randomly. The volume density of nuclei and cytoplasm of thefrontal lobe neuron of the animals were measured and calculated by stereologicalmethod. Through linear regression method, we observed that the ratio of nucleito cytoplasm was comparatively affected by the noise. The significance have beendiscussed in this artical.
