摘　　要：简要介绍了串联电抗器的应用概况和应用中需考虑的一些关键技术问题,对影响串联电抗器应用的主要障碍———可靠性问题进行了分析,就华东电网面临的严峻的短路电流问题,研究了华东电网应用串联电抗器限制500kV系统的短路电流水平的可行性。The application of series reactor and some key technical problems worthy consideration in its application were introduced briefly and the main problem-reliability was analyzed. The feasibility of series reactor application in East China Power Grid to limit the short-circuit current in 500 kV system was studied to solve the serious short-circuit current problem facing East China Power Grid.
