摘  要:目的:选择感冒清热颗粒中含挥发油成分药材的最佳提取条件,用正交试验优选所提挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺的最佳条件。方法:通过对提油时间及收油率考察,筛选紫苏叶、薄荷、荆芥3味药材挥发油的最佳提取条件;采用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,用L9(34)正交试验,以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率为评价指标,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳提取条件为加水量14倍,蒸馏时间不超过4h。最佳包合工艺为每1mL挥发油用6gβ-环糊精,80mL水,超声包埋30min,40℃干燥4h。结论:优选的工艺条件合理。Objective:To select the best condition for extracting volatile oil-containing ingredients of Ganmaoqingre granules(GGs),and to optimize β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for the volatile oils by the orthogonal test.Methods:The best conditions for extracting volatile oils from three ingredients of GGs,namely,suye (the dried leaf of Perilla frutescens acuta),bohe (the dried aerial part of Mentha haplocalyx) and jingjie (the dried aerial part of Schizonepeta tenuofilia),were screened according to the time of extraction and the rate of the yield.The saturated water solution method was used to prepare volatile oil inclusion complex;the L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize the inclusion technology for the volatile oils,with the inclusion rate and the inclusion complex yield rate as the criteria for evaluation.Results:The best volatile oil extraction technology is using water,fourteen-fold the amount of the three ingredients and distilling them within 4 h;and the best inclusion technology is for 1 mL of the volatile oils,using 6 g of β-cyclodextrin and 80 mL of water,and carrying out ultrasonic inclusion for 30 min,with 4 h of drying at 40℃.Conclusion:Through the test and verify,the optimal extracting technique of Ganmaoqingre granules is rational.
