中国金融机构空间分布的制度逻辑与绩效检讨——以商业银行为例

摘　　要：从金融机构空间分布格局的演变过程来看,中国金融机构的空间分布不仅受区域经济发展的影响,而且也受政府相关制度安排的制约。随着市场经济的深入发展,以国有商业银行均衡分布为特征的商业银行空间组织模式的运行绩效日趋下降。为此,我国应该积极营造良好的金融生态环境,在适度收缩国有商业银行分支机构的同时,通过新兴金融机构的市场化扩张,加速金融机构空间分布格局的调整。The regional distribution of financial institutions in China is determined by the development of regional economy and the institutional arrangements of government. With the development of market-oriented economy, the performance of regional distribution of commercial banks, dominated by state-owned commercial banks has declined. Thus, in order to optimize of the regional distribution of commercial banks, China is obliged to attach importance to improve financial environment, and overspread the branches of new commercial banks, while cutting down those of state-owned commercial banks.
