摘　　要：提出采用双级变换电路的方法,研制出了一种新型的蓄电池单相有源逆变回馈放电装置,为了精确计算蓄电池组的放电容量,蓄电池必须满足在线恒流放电的要求。主要针对该新型放电装置恒流放电的控制方法进行了研究,并获得了蓄电池在线恒流放电控制电路的设计方法和电路。By a method that adopts double level converter circuit a novel discharging device or battery feedback discharging device with single-phase active inverter is developed. In order to measure battery's capacity the battery must meet the request of linear discharging. The control method of the battery constant current discharging is studied and the design method of the control circuit is obtained.
