摘  要:红藻石由红藻形成。绝大部分红藻石与珊瑚藻有关。珊瑚藻形成的红藻石发育于中新生代,早古生代有管孔藻形成的红藻石。本文记录了发现于下花园地区的新元古代青白口系下马岭组四段的红藻石。这类红藻石的中心部分被沥青充填。通过薄片观察发现沥青饼的周围硅化部分存在两类红藻四分孢子囊:一类四分孢子囊包埋于球状构造内,另一类四分孢子囊包埋于叶片状构造内。Rhodoids are built by red algae and most rhodoids are constructed by coralline red algae. The warm water Sporolithaceae were most species abundant during the Cretaceous, but they declined and were rapidly overtaken by Corallinaceae as Cenozoic temperatures declined (Aguirre et al ., 2000). Some rhodoids formed by Solenoporaceae are discovered in Early Paleozoic. This paper describes a kind of rhodoids collected from Xiamaling Formation(900—873Ma). These rhodoids are called “Bitumen biscuit” as the core is filled by bitumen. By means of thin section study, two kinds of tetrasporangia can be found: one kind of tetrasporangia is the sporangia embedded in a spheroid vesicle and another kind is the tetrasporangia embedded in a blade like structure. In the margin part of rhodoids the Solenopora like pattern lobes can be observed. These rhodoids are siliceous with some anatomic structures preserved well.Abstract
