摘　　要：扼要介绍毛主席纪念堂、人民大会堂等五项国家重点工程的防水维修设计方案,分析产生渗漏的原因及治理要点,对防水工程质量进行评价,总结基本经验,并提出了保证防水工程质量必须重视做好的一些工作。The paper briefs the waterproof design scheme for the maintenance services on five national key projects like Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall and People's Congress Hall, analyses the water leakage causes and the main control aspects, carries out the evaluation of the quality of waterproof engineering, sums up the fundamental experience, and makes a few comments on what should be done to assure the good quality of waterproof engineering.
