转基因鲤鲫杂交回交子代鱼的形态特征研究

摘　　要：通过解剖转基因鲤鲫杂交回交子代鱼、二倍体鲤和鲫鱼各30尾,观察并测定了其形态特征和内部器官结构。其主要性状为:转基因鲤鲫杂交回交子代的背鳍条Ⅲ,1 5～1 9;臀鳍条Ⅲ,5～6;侧线鳞31～38;侧线上鳞5～6;侧线下鳞5～7;鳃耙2 8～33;下咽齿2行,1. 4～4 .1 ;口须2对;肠长44～46;体长为体高的2 . 0 6～2 .5 4倍,为头长的2 .83～3. 46倍,为尾柄长4. 86～8 .43倍,为背鳍基长2 . 1 8～2 .80倍;头长为吻长的2. 60～3 .71倍,为眼径的4. 2 0～5 .2 0倍,为尾柄高的1. 85～2 .0 7倍;尾柄长为尾柄高的0 . 97～1 .36倍;体高为头高的1. 5 6～1 . 84倍。结果表明,转基因鲤鲫杂交回交子代的形态特征偏向于鲤鱼。The morphological characteristics and interior organ struction of 30 fishes of the backcross progenies of hybrids produced by transgenic common carp and transgenic crucian carp, diploid common carp and black crucian carp were observed and measured.The results are as follows: D.Ⅲ,15～19;A.5～6.The number of the scales in lateral line is 31～38,in the upper is 5～6 and in the lower is 5～7.The number of its gill rakers is 28～33.Its pharyngeal tooth formula is 2 rows,1.4～4.1.There are 2 pairs of beards.The intestine is 44～46cm.The ratio of the body length to body height is 2.06～2.54,to head length is 2.83～3.46,to caudal peduncle length is 4.86～8.43 and to dorsal fin length is 2.18～2.80;the ratio of the head length to snout length is 2.60～3.71,to eye diameter length 4.20～5.20,to the caudal peduncle height is 1.85～2.07;the ratio of the caudal peduncle length to height is 0.97～1.36;the ratio of the body height to the head height is 1.56～1.84.The expetiment shows that the morphological characteristics of the fish is more like common carp.
