摘  要:采用常温和低温两种溶剂挥发法制得左炔诺孕酮(LNG)新剂型:LNG-PLGA(9:1)微球。探讨了微球化法与微球的外观、体外释放、聚合物分子量、药物含量等特性的关系,结果低温法所得微球药物释放较常温法平稳而持久。The levonorgestrel (LNG) copolymer of lactic and glycollic acid (PLGA) (9:1)microsphere is a new dosage form for parenteral administration of LNG.It was prepared using o/w emulsion evaporation technique at low temperature and at normal temperature.respectively.The effect of Preparation methods on the characteristics of microspheres (such as the surface of microspheres, the in vitro release, the molecular weight, the content,etc.) was studied. The results showed that the drug release from the microspheres prepared by low temperature method was more stable and long-acting than that of the microspheres Prepared by normal temperature method.
