摘 要:本文研究了“中和-好氧微生物-生物活性碳”对蔗渣碱法制浆黑液的处理,以及好氧微生物的驯化和培养探讨了黑液的pH值、浓度对活性碳处理效果的影响。结果表明,中和处理后,黑液COD去除率43%,中和-好氧微生物处理后,黑液COD去除率84%,经中和-好氧微生物。生物活性碳处理后,黑液COD去除率98.4%,色度去除率99%,BOD去除率98%。最后出水的COD指标176.7mg/l,色度50。达到国家排放标准。Neutralization-aerobic bicrobe-biologically activated carbon'treatment used to deal with black liquor from alkaline process of bagasse has been experimentally investigated. Domestication and culture of arobic microorganism were made to suit the treatment of black liquor.The effects of pH and consistencies of black liquor on activated carbon treatment were alsostudied.The experiments showed that the black liquor gained 43% COD reduction with neutralization,84% COD reduction with neutralization-aerobic treatment, 98. 4% COD reduction and 99. 0% colority reduction, 98. 0% BOD reduction with 'neutralization-aerobic bicrobe-biologically activated carbon' treatment. As a result,the COD content of the treated black liquor was 176. 7mg/1,and colority was 50 , which can meet the national effluent discharge standard.
