摘　　要：介绍大型高速纸机烘缸齿轮损坏的特点、程度及过程；并从理论和实践上论述了烘缸齿轮的损坏原因。针对这些原因，采取了相应有效的治理方法。实践证明，掌握烘缸齿轮损坏原因，采取有效治理方法，烘缸齿轮损坏基本杜绝。PM 3 of Jiamusi Paper Mill is the largest and high speed paper machine in China.It has been running for more than 20 years.As a result,many gears of the dryers were damaged.The feature,degree and course of the damage are described and the reasons of the damage are analysed theoretically and practically.The corresponding efficient measures are adapted for the remedy of the damaged gears.Based on the understanding of the damage reasons,the gears can be prevented by adopting the efficient measures from damage.
