摘 要:一维纳米材料由于具有优异性能成为了近年的研究热点之一,水热法及溶剂热合成法是近年来发展起来的合成一维纳米材料的有效方法。评述了近年来这两种方法在合成Ⅳ族一维无机纳米材料方面的研究现状与最新进展,重点介绍了水热法合成碳纳米管和纳米丝以及溶剂热合成法合成硅、锗纳米线等一维无机纳米材料的进展情况。最后比较了这两种方法的优缺点并对其发展作了展望。One-dimensional nanomaterials becomes one of the current research focuses owing to their excellent properties. Hydrothermal and solvothermal methods are effective means for manufacturing one-dimensional nanomaterials. The current situation and recent development of Ⅳ subgroup one-dimensional inorganic nanomaterials synthesized by the two methods were reviewed. The development of carbon nanotubes and nanofilaments synthesized by hydrothermal method and silicon and germanium nanowires synthesized by solvothermal method were introduced in detail. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared and the promising prospect was also discussed.
