康胃冲剂对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的作用

摘　　要：为了研究康胃冲剂对实验性大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗作用,观察了康胃冲剂对胆汁性大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗效果,以病理改变,胃粘膜前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)及己糖胺(Hex)的含量,胃粘膜血流(GMBF)为疗效指标。结果发现康胃冲剂治疗组较模型组发生病理改变者明显减少,且程度轻,治疗组PGE_2和Hex含量、GMBF明显增高(P<0.05)。表明:康胃冲剂对实验性大鼠慢性胃炎有较好的治疗作用。In order to study the treatmental function of 'Kangwei'infusion on laboratory chronic gastritis in rats, we observed the curative effects of chronic biliary gastritis treated vfith^kangwefintu^ion. The indexes were pathological change,contents of PGE2 and Hex and GMBF- The results showed that the pathological changes of treatmental group was significantly lower than that of control group, contents of FOE? and Hex and GMGF were significantly higher(P< 0. 05). All these suggested that the curative effects of'Kangivei''infusion on chronic gastritis were very belter.
