摘 要:采用提拉法生长出了四方晶系白钨矿结构的掺钕钨酸铋钠 [分子式Nd :NaBi(WO4 ) 2 ,简称Nd :NBW]晶体。通过TG DTA分析得到晶体的熔点为 936 .2℃ ,从XRD分析得到晶胞参数a =b =0 .5 2 75nm ,c =1.14 93nm。测试了该晶体的红外光谱和拉曼光谱 ,讨论了晶体的振动归属。由吸收光谱可以看出 ,该晶体在 80 2nm有较强的吸收峰 ,半峰宽约 16nm ,并计算了晶体中Nd3+ 的吸收截面积。Tetragonal schelite-type Nd:NaBi (WO_4)_2 single crystal has been grown by the Czochralski method.The melting point of the crystal of 936.2℃ was obtained by the differential thermal analysis. The structure of crystal was analyzed by the X-ray diffraction, and the lattice parameters are a=b=0.5275nm ,c=1.1493nm. The spectra of Infrared and Raman spectrum were measured at room temperature, and the assignation of the vibrations was discussed. The peaks at 802nm was found from the absorption spectrum,half width of peak was 16nm, The absorption cross sections of Nd 3+ were calculated.
