HPLC法检测维生素E（微囊）制剂的含量及稳定性

摘　　要：ＨＰＬＣ法测定维生素Ｅ（微囊）硬胶囊与咀嚼片的含量，采用十八烷基键合相柱、甲醇流动相、检测波长２８５ｎｍ，两种制剂的回收率分别为９９．３２％和９９．７２％，相对标准偏差为０．５８％和０．６１％（ｎ＝５）。方法快速简便，准确可靠，重现性良好。测定结果表明，两种制剂稳定性良好。A reversed-phase HPLC was used to assay the capsules and the chewable tablets of vitamin E microcapsules with Zorbax ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol, monitored by UV detector at 285nm. The mean recovery and RSD of the two preparations were 99.32%, 99.72% and 0.58%, 0.61%,respectively. The method was rapid, simple and reproducible. The stability of the two preparations was satisfactory after acceleration tests.
