国外R&D管理模式的演进对我国的启示

摘　　要：在对国外R&D发展历程及相应管理模式和方法梳理的基础上,结合我国R&D实施现状中存在的问题及其R&D特点分析,有针对性地提出了三种模型:虚拟五方R&D联盟模型、企业自主R&D模型和三层虚拟R&D模型,为我国中小型企业、国有大中型企业及高科技企业的研发管理提供思考和借鉴。Based on summarizing the R&D management model in developed countries, the article analyzes R&D practice and progress in China. It puts forward three models according to the characteristic of the R&D in China's enterprises: virtual alliance R&D model of five parts; independence R&D model and three layers virtual R&D model. These models may offer references for the R&D of small and medium enterprise , state-owned large and medium-sized enterprise and high-tech enterprise in China.
