摘　　要：以全面建设小康社会的战略目标为基点,首先从四个维度分别建立了产业政策体系中各项产业政策实施效果的评价指标,然后利用AHP法对各评价指标赋予了相应的权重。在此基础上,确定了2020年全面小康社会时期各项指标所能达到的目标值,以此作为评价的基准,对我国当前产业政策的实施效果予以了量化研究。Taking the strategic object of building a well-off society in an all-round way as the starting point, first of all, the paper builds the indices for evaluating the performance of industrial policy from four dimensions. Then it vests each evaluating index with weight according to the theory of AHP. On this basis, the paper establishes the objective number that each index amounts to in a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020, and regards it as the evaluating norm to study the performance of the current industrial policy.
