摘 要:空间太阳望远镜中的滤光器必须满足空间使用要求。为改进现有滤光器,设计了新型的滤光器,省去了用于带动波片旋转的多台步进电机及相关传动机构,有效减轻了整个仪器的质量,提高了可靠性。在实验室中保持滤光器内部实际工作温度恒定,找出旋转半波片准确的方位角并调整到理论位置,确定其透过波带位置在656.3±0.2nm,波片不再需要旋转。空间环境模拟试验验证了系统结构的合理性。该结构设计紧凑、密封无泄漏、温控有效。The filter on the space solar telescope (SST) has to be compatible with the space environment. A filter was designed in which stepping motors and the transfer mechanism rotating the waveplate are eliminated to reduce the weight and increase the reliability. The actual working temperature in the filter was kept constant in the laboratory. The precise azimuth of the rotating half waveplate was measured and adjusted to the theoretical value. The wavelength is in the admissible range 656.3±0.2 nm so that the half waveplates in the optical system need not rotate. The structural design was validated in simulated space environment tests. The structure is compact and has no leakage with excellent temperature control.
