缓释微丸及血浆中酮洛芬的HPLC测定

摘　　要：采用国产ＯＤＳ柱，用０．０５ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＨ＿２ＰＯ＿４－甲醇（４５：５５）为流动相，以波长２６０ｎｍ检测缓释微丸中的酮洛芬（１）含量。采用无水乙醇一次萃取血浆样品中的１，以ｐＨ８．０的磷酸盐缓冲液溶解残渣后测定，平均回收率为９１．４％。An ODS column, with 0.05mol/L KH2PO4-methanol (45:55) as the mobile phase, 260nm as detection wavelength was used to assay ketoprofen(1) in sustained release pellets. With this improved HPLC method,the blood concentration of 1 was determined by extracting 1 from plasma with ethanol,and after the evaporation of solvent, the residue was taken in pH 8.0 phosphate buffer.The recovery of the drug was 91.4%.
