加减益气聪明汤对高脂动脉粥样硬化兔脂质代谢和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：本实验观察到,加减益气聪明汤可显著降低高脂动脉粥样硬化兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、心脑组织过氧化脂质含量,提高血清高密度脂蛋白及心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶含量,减轻动脉粥样斑块形成程度。实验还发现,加减益气聪明汤能明显纠正高脂动脉粥样硬化兔血小板聚集功能异常亢进,延缓体外血栓形成,改善血液粘度。Experiments show that the modefied Yiqi Congming Decoction can notably decrease the content of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, ester peroxide in tissues of heart and brain, increase the content of serum high density lipoprotein, superoxide dismutase in tissues of heart and brain, and lighten the formation degree of atherosis of the hyperlipemia atherosclerotic rabbit. It is also found out in the experiments that the modefied Yiqi Congming Decoction can obviously rectify the abnormal hyperactivity of platelet aggregating functon , delay the external thrombosis, and improve blood viscosity of the hyperlipemia atherosclerotic rabbit.
