养阴清热除湿汤治疗类风湿性关节炎急性发作之研究

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(RA)病人有多项生理生化指标的改变,如血沉加快,蛋白电泳A降低,γ升高,RF滴度增高,IgA和IgG升高,C—反应蛋白(CRP)、脂结合唾液酸(LSA)和过氧化脂质(LPO)升高等等,说明RA有一定的病理生理学基础,RA病人经风湿1号中药治疗后,随着临床症状的好转,各项检测指标都有相应的变化,多数指标接近正常水平。同时也观察到中药风湿1号治疗效果优于西药芬必得。Various physiological and biochemical index changes in patients of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), such as rapid blood sedimentation, decreased protein electrophoresis A, increased gamma globulins, increased RF titer, IgA, IgG, C-reaction protein (CRP), lipid sialic acid (LSA), lipid peroxide (LPO) ,etc. , showes that RA has certain bases of pathology and physiology. After treatment with Rheumatoid No. 1, along with the improvement of clinical symptoms in RA patients, the various test indexes are changed correspondingly,in which,most indexes reach the normal level. Meanwhile, it is observed that the treatment effect of Rheumatoid No. 1 is superior to that of Fenbid.
