妇友冲剂治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：观察慢性盆腔炎患者共161例,以益气补肾、温经化瘀为治法研制的妇友冲剂治疗本病104例,并随机设57例对照组,结果治疗组显愈率83.6％,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组血液流变学及甲皱微循环指标亦获显著改善。实验研究证明,妇友冲剂对实验动物腹腔毛细血管通透性、塑料环肉芽肿形成有明显抑制作用,能提高单核细胞吞噬功能、T_4/T_8比值及IgG含量。161 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were observed. In which, 104 cases were treated with Fuyou granule which has the effects of tonifying kidney qi and warming meridians to resolve stasis and the other 57 cases were in the control group. The results showed that the obvious effective rate of treatment group was 83. 6% , which was notably better than that of control group, the indexes of blood rehology and microcirculation of nail fold were improved markedly. The experimental research showed that Fuyou granule possessed obvious inhibition effect on celiac capillary permeability and granuloma formation of plastic ring as well as can increase the mononuclear phagocyte function, ratio of T4/T6 and content of IgG of the experimental animals.
