摘　　要：中俄之间的战略协作伙伴关系有着广泛而坚实的基础,相互信任、互利合作是这种关系不断发展和深化的前提和动力。但中俄关系的发展不会一帆风顺,要以理性、务实的心态看待两国关系发展中出现的各种困难和问题。遵循和平共处五项原则,在平等、协商和利益协调的基础上增强互信、扩大合作,是使中俄关系不断巩固和发展的根本。There is a broad and firm base in the strategic partnership cooperaton between China and Russia,and the mutual trust and cooperation of two countries.However,the development of the relationship of Sino-Russia could not be smooth,and we should have a rational and concrete attitude on the problems found in the relationship of two countries.According to the five principles of peaceful coexistance on the basis of equality,negotiation and correspondence,Sino-Russian relationship will be developed and confirmed continuously.
