摘　　要：本文从社会资本的角度对大学生就业问题进行了阐述,指出大学生就业社会资本主要来自于高校、教师和大学生自身三个方面,并根据我们所做的调查,分析了大学生在就业过程中运用社会资本的现状。在此基础上,我们建立了大学生就业社会资本构成模型,模型中包括影响大学生就业社会资本的三个系数:维护系数、意愿系数和应用系数,针对这三个系数,本文提出了开发和利用大学生就业社会资本的一些建议。We discuss college students' employment from the viewpoint of social capital, and we think the sources of the social capital are mainly the universities, the college teachers and the college students themselves. According to our investigation, we analyse the current situation of the utilization of the employment of the social capital and construct a model.The model includes three coefficients which influence the social capital of college students' employment —— the maintaining coefficient,the desire coefficient and the utilization coefficient. On the study of the model, we put forward some suggestions about the employment social capital.
