摘  要:采用单阀双阳离子交换树脂微柱并联,设计了双柱交替采样逆向洗脱在线富集系统,该系统与原子吸收测量技术相结合,实现了在线富集火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中镉,富集1min时,分析速度为60样/h,测定镉的特征浓度为0.931μg·L-1,线性范围分别为0~90μg·L-1,相对标准偏差分别为2.69%、检出限(3σ)为0.808μg·L-1该法对实际水样加标回收率在95.0%~103.7%之间。A rapid and sensitive methed for the determination of trace cadmium in environment water samples based on flow injection on-line preconcentration on two-microcolumn system-flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. The cadmium in samples was sequentially retained on two microcolumns with cation exchange resin and was eluted directly in the nebulizer by 1.5 mol center dot L-1 HCl solution. The characteristic concentration (preconcentration time 1 min) for cadmium was 0.931 mu g center dot L-1. The relative standard deviation at the 5 mu g center dot L-1 level was 2.69% and the corresponding detection limit (3 sigma) was 0.808 mu g center dot L-1. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of cadmium in water reference material GBW08608 and other water samples.
