摘　　要：争议解决方式是国际工程合同的重要内容。本文分析了FIDIC、NEC、ICE、JCT、AIA等5种目前通行的国际工程合同,其争议解决方式各具特点,体现了现代合同管理公平、效率的理念和尊重当事人意思自治的思想。借鉴国际工程合同争议解决方式有助于改革我国目前的建筑纠纷解决机制。The part of resolutions is important content in the international project contract. The thesis analyzes the following five popular international project contracts nowadays: FIDIC, NEC, ICE, JCT, and AIA. Their resolutions have different characteristics. They reflect the idea of fair and efficiency in the modern contract management, and concept of respecting autonomy of will. It is helpful to reform our means of resolutions on issues of building industry.
