英国建设项目的风险管理及对我国建筑业的启示

摘　　要：我国正处于急剧的社会转型时期,为了应对加入WTO后我国建筑业面临的机遇和挑战,本文从学术角度,以风险管理过程的逻辑框架为基础,简要介绍和论述了英国的项目风险管理,风险管理过程及所涉及的技术,并通过案例说明建设项目的风险管理过程,为改进我国建设项目的风险管理提供借鉴和启示。China is underway to rapid transform from plan economics to market economics. In order to meet the change and challenge of Chinese construction industry after entering WTO, this paper introduces and discusses British project risk management (PRM),the process of PRM and its technology based on the logical framework of risk management process so as to provide a useful help to improve the risk management of Chinese construction projects.
