盐酸环丙沙星片溶出度的研究

摘　　要：本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星片的体外溶出度及６名健康自愿受试者单剂量口服盐酸环丙沙星片后的尿中排泄量。结果显示，盐酸环丙沙星片的溶出度与生物利用度具有非常显著相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１），从而表明，本文建立的溶出度试验，可以作为评价盐酸环丙沙星片剂质量的质控指标之一。he dissoluiton rate of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tables and the ciprofloxacin output in urine of six healthy chinese vol-unteer after given orally with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tables by single doe were determined by UV-spectrophotometric method. The results showed that relation between the dissolution rate of the tablet and its bioavailability was significant (P<0.01).It was demonstrated that the dissolution test of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets in this paper could be appled to its standard for quality control.
