摘　　要：本文采用三波长分光光度法直接测定了防裂霜中维生素Ｅ的含量。实验结果表明：本法简便、快速、重现性好。线性范围为３９．９７～１１９．９０μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９８，回收率为１００．０４％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝０．７２％。此法适用于本制剂的质量控制。his paper reported the direct determination of vitamin E in the cream three wavelengths spectrophotomery. The resultshows: This method is simple, repid and reproducible. The calibration curve is linear in the range form 39.96μg/ml to119.904μg/ml(r=0.9998). The average recovery is 100.04%. RSD=0.72%. This method is suitable for quality controlof the prearation.
