家蚕幼虫活性物质的药理学研究进展

摘　　要：家蚕幼虫体具有降血糖、降血脂、护肝等作用,其作用的药理学基础是内富含有多种活性物质,其中1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)、黄酮类化合物、蚕素(PTTH)、蜕皮激素(MH)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)起到降血糖作用,α-亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸起到调节血脂作用,丰富的氨基酸组成起到护肝作用。本文对其研究进展情况进行了简述。The larva of the silkworm, Bombyx mori has the functions of lowering blood glucose, blood lipid and protecting liver etc. The pharmacological basis of its functions is the rich content of many kinds of bioactive substance. The 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), flavonoids, prothoracotropic hormone (PTTH) and molting hormone (MH) and thyroid hormone analogue T3 has the effect of lowering the blood glucose level. The unsaturated fatty acids, such as α-linolenic acid etc. have the effect of lowering the blood lipid level. The rich amino acid has the effect of protecting liver. This paper summarizes the research Progress of it.
