关于建立我国医疗救助体系的探讨

摘　　要：根据国家民政部(CAA)的统计,30%-40%的贫困居民是由于疾病原因致使生活水平跌落到贫困线以下。“医疗贫困”地阻碍了社会发展,影响了人民生活质量,温家宝总理在2005年“两会”的政府工作报告中明确指出要“建立我国医疗救治体系”。本文对我国“医疗救助体系”现状进行了阐述,并提出了建立符合我国国情的“医疗救助体系”的若干对策及建议。According with the number from CAA, life level of 30%-40% poverty residents decreases under the level of poverty line because of diseases. 'Poverty from diseases' interferences the social development and hamper life quality. Prime Minister Wen addressed to develop 'medical finiancial assistance system in China' during the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference with the government report in 2005.
