摘　　要：介绍了北京协和医院特需医疗部行政管理、医疗管理、经营管理的模式及管理策略。探讨了这种管理模式及管理策略的意义, 指出其在强化管理、充分合理利用人才资源、交叉学科与优势专业的结合、高素质的员工的维护和推销、先进服务理念、医院补偿机制等方面发挥了积极作用,实现了社会效益和经济效益同步增长。This article introduced the management model and strategy on administration, medical management and operational management. The authors discuss the meaning of management model and strategy. They believe that the follow factors would play active role:powerful management, developing human resource, multi-disciplines and advanced discipline, maintaining and marketing of qualified staff, advanced services ideal, hospital reimbursement system, which would improve two benefits at last.
