摘　　要：以PVA长丝或短纤为芯纱,棉纤维为外包纱生产包芯纱,并通过退维得到空芯纱,由这种空芯纱制织的织物具有许多优良的性能。文章探讨了在传统环锭细纱机上生产包芯纱,并通过退维处理得到空芯纱的加工技术;并对空芯纱织物的透气性和厚度等进行了测试与分析。Hollow yarn can be made by dissolving the PVA core of core-spun yarn with PVA filament/staple for core and cotton fiber for sheath. Fabric made of such hollow yarn has many favorable properties. The article introduces a technology for producing hollow yarn: first producing core-spun yarn on conventional ring spinning machine and then obtaining hollow yarn through PVA-removing treatment. The air permeability and thickness of hollow yarn fabric are tested and analyzed.
