摘 要:本室研制了以AD524芯片作前级放大器和有源高通-低通滤波器为主要部件的高性能生物电放大器。其共模抑制比为110dB,输入阻抗109Ω,内部噪声低于2.0μvp-p。其滤波器特性为:低通滤波器在其通带截止频率的3倍频处,衰减20dB;高通滤波器在其通带截止频率的1/3倍频处,衰减3odB,在1/2倍频处衰减156B以上。该放大器与常用的两种生物电放大器AB-620G和AVB-10相比较,性能有大幅度提高。对家兔减压神经放电的对照记录说明,本放大器的结果优于其余两种放大器。By using a preamplifier of IC chip AD 524and an active highpass-lowpass fiter as the mainparts,a bioelectric amplifier with high performance was designed in this laboratory.Its commonmode reject ratio(CMRR)was 110 dB,input impedance was 109Ω,and internal noise level wasless than 2μVP-P. The characteristics of the filters were that the decay of amplitude was greaterthan 20 dB at the point of 3 × critical passband frequency for the lowpass filter, greater than 30dB at the point of 1 / 3 × critical passband frequency and greater than 15 dB at the point of 1 / 2×that frequency for the highpass filter.In comparison with two common kinds of bioelectricamplifiers(AB-620G,AVB-10),the performance of the amplifier reported was improvedsignificantly.In the experiment recording the afferent discharges of depressor nerve in the rabbit,the performance of this amplifier was superior to those of AB-620G and AVB-10.
